Steven Lin, CPCU, has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Steven has held various roles at Arbella Insurance Group and Liberty Mutual Insurance. Currently, they serve as an Assistant Vice President - Claim at Arbella Insurance Group. Prior to that, they held the position of Assistant Vice President – Claim Shared Services. At Liberty Mutual Insurance, they held several positions, including AVP, Assistant Claims Product Manager – Auto Physical Damage, Director of Claims Financial Business Intelligence and Reporting, Senior Manager of Financial Analysis, Manager of Forecasting and Analysis, Regional Financial Manager, Senior Research Analyst, Sr. Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst II. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and claims management.

Steven Lin, CPCU completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Business Administration and Management, General from Villanova University, from 2003 to 2005.
