Cindy Whiston

Cindy Whiston has held a variety of executive consulting roles over the past 35 years. Cindy began their career in 1985 as an Account Manager at IBM. In 2003, they became an Executive Consultant at McGhee Productivity Solutions, managing strategic client relationships in the Pacific Northwest. In 2014, they began working as a Consultant at The Arbinger Institute and an Executive Consultant at Best Year Yet Worldwide. In 2016, they joined Thrive Global as an Executive Consultant, where they founded and led the company's mission to end the epidemic of stress and burnout. In 2017, they became an Executive Consultant at WiRL Leadership Series, serving rising star mid-level women and their advocates.

Cindy Whiston holds a BA and MFA from the University of California, Davis, where they studied Economics and Performance.
