Etienne Tousignant

Etienne Tousignant has been working in the professional world since 1996, when they joined the United States Air Force as a Veteran. In 2018, they moved to San Antonio ISD as a Senior Program Manager. In 2020, they joined Optum as Director of Operational Support. In 2022, they joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as Senior Manager of Data Center Operations, and also began working at The Arbinger Institute as Senior Account Executive for the Department of Defense Practice. The Arbinger Institute is a global consulting and training firm that specializes in helping individuals, teams, and organizations achieve breakthrough results through a change towards an outward mindset.

Etienne Tousignant has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Network Management from American InterContinental University, as well as Associate's degrees in Information Technology and Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. Etienne also has a number of certifications, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2022 Foundations Associate from Oracle (obtained in October 2022), IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) v4 from AXELOS Global Best Practice (obtained in October 2019), Security+ from CompTIA (obtained in March 2018), Four Lenses from SHIPLEY COMMUNICATION, INC. (obtained in July 2014), and Competent Communicator from Toastmasters International.
