Sr. Client Success Manager at Arbinger Institute

Hans Armknecht has worked in a variety of roles since 1989. Hans began their career as a Program Director for YMCA Camp Wapsie in 1989. In 1998, they moved to MCI WorldCom as a Call Center Customer Service Trainer and Business Account Manager. In 2002, they became a Math and Science Teacher for American YouthWorks. In 2003, they were hired as a Night School Coordinator and Teacher for Austin Business College. In 2007, they became a Training Manager and Instructor for Contact Center Technical Help Desk at Harte-Hanks, Inc. In 2013, they joined WP Engine as their Manager of Performance and Leadership Development and Learning and Development Manager. In 2019, they were hired as Director of Facilitator Development at The Arbinger Institute and in 2020 they became the Owner of HKA Consulting. In 2022, they returned to The Arbinger Institute as a Sr. Client Success Manager.

Hans Armknecht obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Iowa between 1991 and 1996. In 2005, they completed a 20 week course in Foundations in Coaching at ILCT. In 2008, they obtained their Six Sigma Yellow Belt from COPC. In 2009, they received their Yellow Belt - Six Sigma from COPC. Hans also has several certifications, including Outward Leadership from The Arbinger Institute (2017), HDI Customer Service Representative, HDI Support Center Analyst, and HDI Support Center Team Lead from HDI - Help Desk Institute (2011), Microsoft Certified Professional - MCDST from Prometric (2010), Six Sigma Yellow Belt from COPC (2008), Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset and Outward Mindset in Education from The Arbinger Institute (2005).
