Janice Hale Harris has over 40 years of work experience. Janice began their career in 1978 as the Director of Community Service at WGRZ. In 1989, they were hired as the Consumer Customer Unit Manager at Microsoft, where they managed remote sales/marketing reps and 50 contract employees selling to retail accounts across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas with a $30 million annual quota. In 1995, their team finished number 1 in quota attainment in the U.S. In 1999, they were hired as the Sr. Vice President, General Manager at Lee Hecht Harrison. In 2004, they became the Principal at KH Resource Group, where they pioneered and designed programs and training for Diversity and Inclusion, Generational Differences as well as Team Building for a national insurance company, a national entertainment company, and a transportation company. In 2008, they were hired as the Senior Manager for Learning and Organizational Development and Senior Organizational Development Manager at Waste Management. Here, they managed a team of 16 internal consultants implementing a company-wide transformation initiative impacting senior field leaders throughout the organization. In 2021, they were hired as the Vice President of Learning and Development at United Site Services. In 2022, they were hired as a Senior Consultant at DDI | Development Dimensions International and as an Executive Coach, Facilitator, and Consultant at The Arbinger Institute.

Janice Hale Harris obtained their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas Woman's University in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in TV-Radio from Syracuse University. Janice also holds several certifications, including Hogan Assessments Certification (obtained in November 2017 from Hogan Assessment Systems), Fierce Conversations Certified Facilitator (obtained in January 2014 from Fierce, Inc.), Master Certified DDI Facilitator (obtained in August 2013 from DDI | Development Dimensions International), Certified Virtual Learning Instructor (obtained in June 2013 from NetSpeed Learning Solutions), American Leadership Fellow (obtained in May 2013 from American Leadership Forum - Houston), Certified Facilitator (obtained in May 2012 from The Arbinger Institute), Insights Certified Facilitator (obtained in February 2010 from Insights), and Birkman Consultant (obtained in June 2005 from Birkman International).
