Laura Noel - Certified Coach

Laura Noel is a Leadership Mindset Expert with extensive experience in executive coaching, organizational development, process improvement, and leadership development. Laura has worked with organizations, military, and government agencies to identify root causes of problems, align teams, and implement effective training and process improvement strategies. Laura has a background in the United States Air Force, where they served in various leadership roles, including Commandant of a Professional Military Education Center and Executive Director of the United States Air Force Band. Laura is currently working as a Success & Business Coach for Executives & CEOs at Stretch Into Success, as well as an Adjunct Faculty at William James College and a Senior Consultant at The Arbinger Institute. Additionally, Laura is the Managing Partner at BPI - Business Process Innovation, where they help businesses embrace innovation and improve operations through lean six sigma process improvement. Laura Noel, a Leadership Mindset Expert, has an extensive education history. Laura is currently pursuing a PsyD degree in Leadership from William James College, which they started in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2024. Prior to this, Laura obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Arts Administration from Boston University in 2006. Laura also holds a Professional Fundraising Certificate from Boston University, which they earned in 2014.

Laura's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing/Business Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they completed in 2003. Laura also earned a Professional Manager Certificate from the Community College of the Air Force in 2015 and an Associate in Applied Science Music from the same institution in 2001.
