Linda Cobb has a wealth of work experience in the health and wellness industry. Linda began their career in 1984 as the Assistant Director of Health Promotions at Boulder Memorial Hospital, where they were responsible for planning, marketing, and implementing community health education programs, as well as developing and leading health education seminars for the public. In 1990, they took on the role of Employee Assistance Program Counselor at Circles of Care, followed by a Counselor role at Lockheed Space Operations. In 1991, they became a Behavior Educator at Pro-Fit Program. From 1997 to 2004, they were an Executive Coach at Health First, Inc. and Health First Health Plans, providing executive coaching and leadership team coaching, custom programs and seminars, and consulting directly with top management. From 2006 to 2016, they were a part of the Results Coaching Team at The Arbinger Institute. In 2010, they became the Chief Coaching Officer at More Health Less Care. Since 2016, they have been an Executive Coach at Career Partners International, Florida Caribbean (a Newland Associates firm).
Linda Cobb received their Master of Science in Personnel Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology between 1988 and 1990. Linda earned their Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Colorado State University between 1970 and 1974.
