Client Success Manager at Arbinger Institute

Martell Ackerman has had a successful career in the field of communication and logistics. Martell began their career in 2012 as a Video and Audio Editor at XLNT Marketing, where they shot and edited all TV and radio ads and worked under tight deadlines. In 2016, they joined Anasazi Foundation as a Behavioral Health Paraprofessional, where they developed strong relationships of trust with clients, completed and organized daily paperwork and communication, and regularly checked in on coworkers to maintain unity. In 2019, they were promoted to Communication and Logistics Supervisor at Anasazi Foundation, where they were responsible for all communication and logistics between field team and main HQ and professionally responded to multiple emergency situations to maintain safety of staff and clients. In 2020, they joined The Arbinger Institute as a Virtual Training Producer, where they were the lead virtual producer for 100s of training workshops as well as executive strategic planning sessions and conflict resolutions. Martell was highly skilled in Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, Adobe Connect and worked closely with facilitators to ensure a world-class learning experience. In 2022, they were promoted to Client Success Manager at The Arbinger Institute.

Martell Ackerman received their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2021. Martell also obtained certifications from The Arbinger Institute in November 2020, Skukent in June 2020, and NOLS Wilderness Medicine in May 2019.
