Phil Bristol, CMC, PMP, PMI-SP

Phil Bristol, CMC, PMP, PMI-SP has an extensive work experience spanning three decades. Phil began their career in 1989 as the CEO of Projectivity Solutions: Accelerating Organizational Performance. In this role, they were responsible for providing innovative products designed for business owners with fewer than 500 employees. In 2004, Phil became a Behavioral Analyst at Success Insights International (now TTI Success Insights). In 2008, they were certified as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) by the Institute of Management Consultants USA. In 2009, Phil joined the Arbinger Institute as a Facilitator and Leadership Coach. In 2016, they became a Congress Speaker for the Project Management Institute and a Summit Keynote Speaker for PMI TR. In 2017, Phil became an Executive Coach for Creating WE Institute and a FocalPoint Conference Speaker. Phil also gave two presentations at the EMEA Congress for Project Management Institute in 2017. In 2015, Phil was a Guest Speaker for IIBA, Building Business Capability.

Phil Bristol, CMC, PMP, PMI-SP has a long history of education and certifications. Phil obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1969, majoring in Business. In 1978-1979, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research-Systems Analysis from the University of Northern Colorado. In 2009-2010, they earned a Master Leader Certification from the PMI Leadership Master Program, specializing in Organizational Leadership. In 2010-2011, they obtained a Leadership Coach certification from the Arbinger Institute. Phil also earned a Consultant certification from the One Page Business Plan in 2008-2009. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Target Training International, Ltd. including Certified Emotional Quotient Analyst (CEQA) in 2013, Certified Growth Curve Strategist in 2013, Certified Professional Hartman Dimension Analyst, Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), Professional Motivators Analyst (CPVA). Phil also holds the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) certification from the Institute of Management Consultants USA, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Project Management Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certifications from the Project Management Institute.
