Tom Krapu, PhD, PCC has been working in the field of executive coaching and HR consulting since 1985. Tom has held various roles, including Executive Coach and 360 Feedback Expert at Infinite Potential, Owner Operator, and Senior Leadership Coach at Right Management. Tom has also been an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Texas at Dallas since 2014, teaching classes such as essential knowledge for coaches to use assessments effectively and ethically. Additionally, they have held positions at The ARBINGER Institute, St. Louis Coaches Association, Korn/Ferry International Leadership and Talent Consulting, Institute for Life Coach Training, Presidents Advisory Committee (PAC), and International Coach Federation. Tom is currently the Chair of the Research Committee at ICF (International Coach Federation) and a Research Portal Advisor for the Research and Education Committee.

Tom Krapu, PhD, PCC obtained their Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in December 2008. Tom received their PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Dakota in 1981. In 1977, they obtained their M.A in Agency Counseling, Department of Educational and Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Tom received a B.S in Psychology from Colorado State University in 1976 and a B.S from the Department of Psychology, Colorado State University in 1976. Tom Krapu, PhD, PCC obtained their High School Diploma from East High School in 1972.
