Eric Chin

Eric Chin is a CISSP professional with a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eric currently holds the position of Head of Security and IT at Arbital Health. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the security operations and IT infrastructure of the company.

Prior to Arbital Health, Eric worked at Datavant as the Head of Assurance/Access Security. During their tenure, they developed and implemented access control frameworks, managed customer security assurance, and coordinated audit evidence for external audits.

Before joining Datavant, Eric served as the Creative Assets Manager at IGG, where they managed and created marketing assets and resources. Eric also worked as a Research Assistant at the UC Davis Center for Mind and Brain, conducting data analysis and behavioral video coding for psychological studies.

Eric's career also includes experience as a Graphic and Motion Designer for the Shah for Council 2010 campaign, where they designed logos, brochures, and organized a media campaign for the candidate. Throughout their various roles, Eric has demonstrated a strong background in IT security, assurance, access control, and creative design.

Eric Chin, CISSP, earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Design from the University of California, Davis from 2010 to 2014. During the same period, they also completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology at the same institution. In 2024, Eric obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from ISC2.
