Héctor Ayala Arredondo

Héctor Ayala Arredondo has over ten years of work experience in various industries. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Project Analyst at Incrementa. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Financial Analyst and Planning & Strategy Intern at HP. In 2016, they worked as a Sustainable Energy Consultant at Bright Inc. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Financial Planning & Analysis Controller at Alliance Laundry Systems LLC. In 2020, they worked as an Associate at proSapient, coordinating primary research for Global Private Equity Firms, Hedge Funds and Strategy Consultancies. Currently, they are a Project Lead and Senior Associate at Arbolus Technologies. Additionally, from 2018 to the present, they have been an Event Organizer & Performer, acting as a multilingual Stand-up Comedian, Host and Spoken Word Poet in different venues/events in Barcelona. Héctor is also the Founder and Organizer of weekly and monthly bilingual poetry/music/storytelling events and has hosted one of Barcelona's most popular English Speaking Stand-Up Comedy Shows, Basemint Comedy.

Héctor Ayala Arredondo obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México between 2009 and 2014. Héctor also obtained an IELTS certification from the Cambridge English Language Assessment in May 2015 and is currently working towards a CAE certification from the same institution.
