Jacob Tessendorf

As their Test & Assembly Manager, Jacob ensures the outgoing units and kits are tested, assembled correctly, then shipped accurately and efficiently. He has over 12 years of customer service and managerial experience with The UPS Store.

Jacob joined RDI after learning about their work culture and meeting the team. He felt it was a great opportunity to learn about the exciting world of vibration analysis. Jacob attended St. John’s Northwestern Military Academy and received his Hazmat certification after graduating. While working at The UPS Store, he built the highest customer service rating in East Tennessee and received multiple center awards for print and customer service accomplishments.
