Helena Rutzká

Helena Rutzká has been working in the talent acquisition and employer branding field since 2021, when they began as a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist at Arbolus Technologies. Helena then moved up to a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate role at the same company. Prior to that, they worked at GoodCall \u2713 from 2019, starting as a Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant and then a Junior Talent Sourcer.

Helena Rutzká began their education in 2010 when they attended Gymnázium Metodova. In 2014, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave. In 2017, they earned a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology from the same university. That same year, they also earned a Master's degree in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto. In 2019, they obtained a Financial Literacy Certificate from Junior Achievement Slovensko.
