Kim Middleton has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 with a role as an English Language Assistant at the British Council. Kim then moved on to a role as an Assistant Manager at Hello Marseille Hostel in 2016. In 2018, Kim took on the role of an English Language Teacher at Comunidad de Madrid. In 2019, they became a Data Gatherer & Case Handler at Momenta Group Global. In 2020, Kim took on the role of Project Officer at NearU Technologies. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Arbolus Technologies as a Project Associate, where they are part of a team creating a trusted knowledge-sharing platform to connect experts with those who seek expertise.
