Pau Beltran

Pau Beltran is a CTO with over 10 years of experience in data science and technology. In 2021, they joined Arbolus Technologies as CTO. Prior to that, they were CTO at OneMind and Head of Data Science & Technology at Worldsensing from 2017 to 2021. At Worldsensing, they worked with sales and pre-sales for Smart City offerings, defined AI and non-functional requirements roadmaps, and evaluated new technologies and their impact on products. Pau was also the Data Science Team Lead and responsible for the predictive and analytics practice for the Smart Cities and the Industrial IoT markets. From 2015 to 2017, they were Data Science Team Lead at eDreams ODIGEO, where they worked with other departments to identify opportunities and apply data driven processes. Pau also scaled the data science strategy across the company and supported the data scientists technical matters. From 2017 to 2015, they were a Consultant and Visiting Research Data Scientist at Disney Research. From 2013 to 2012, they were a Data Scientist at Syllabs, where they worked with engineers and linguistic experts on NLP and data science projects. Pau also did a Master Thesis at Fraunhofer HHI in 2012 and a Research Intern at Technicolor in 2012. In 2011, they were an Intern at Giesecke & Devrient.

Pau Beltran holds a Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
