Phillip Chou

Phil is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and managing the operations, production, logistics, and personnel functions of the company, and ensuring that all operational goals are aligned with the overall strategic direction of the organization. Phil will continue to work closely with Vincent Taglioni, COO, Groupe Rocher, and also collaborate closely with Jen Orlando, CEO, and other senior leaders to develop and implement business strategy, analyze and manage risk, and make key decisions about the future of the organization.
