Before joining Parex USA, Inc., Tom served as an Operations Controller at Henry Company from May 2012 to March 2014, where they managed operational finance activities for a $300M building products company and streamlined processes for better understanding of costs.

Tom also served as an Operations Controller at Wilhelm Karmann GmbH from November 2005 to June 2007, where they managed operational accounting functions for a $200M automotive convertible production company and implemented process improvements.

Tom Ducharme, CMA, MBA completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, specializing in Accounting, Finance, and Economics from the University of Windsor in 2002. Tom further pursued their studies at the USC Marshall School of Business and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, they obtained a CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification from the Certified Management Accountants of Ontario between 2005 and 2008. Tom Ducharme also has a background in Investment Finance from the CFA Institute, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Tom is also a certified CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) with CMA specialization from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.
