Shelley Rueger

Shelley Rueger has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Shelley has held various leadership positions in quality assurance, software testing, and operations in both startup and established companies.

Shelley started their most recent position in 2022 as the Head of Product Operations at Arbor Platform, Inc. In this role, they managed the operations of a high-growth startup, creating product management processes and training the team on Agile methods.

Prior to this, Shelley worked at Actabl as the Vice President of Quality, overseeing software engineering quality, testing, release management, and support activities. Shelley managed a global team and defined strategies for a rapidly growing startup.

Shelley also served as the Vice President of Quality at ALICE - Hospitality Operations Platform and the Director of Development Operations and Software Quality Assurance at Dover Fueling Solutions. In these roles, they directed software testing activities and managed global teams.

Finally, Shelley obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Edward's University between 2001 and 2004.
