Kelly Davis

Kelly Davis is an experienced professional in talent development and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Director of Performance Development & Enablement at Arbor Biotechnologies since September 2024 and as a Senior Consultant in Organization Development, Learning, & Coaching at Arka HR. Prior roles include Associate Director of Talent Development at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, and various leadership positions at PerkinElmer, Inc., Partners HealthCare, Gphomestay, and Brandeis University. Kelly holds an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from SUNY University at Buffalo and a B.S. in English Literature and Studio Art from SUNY Brockport.
