Alaina James

Alaina James currently serves as the Community Sales Director at The Arbor Company, following a role as Sales Coordinator at The Arbor at BridgeMill, where responsibilities included assisting residents through the leasing process. Previously, Alaina founded Alaina Yoga, offering expert guidance in various yoga disciplines and creating an inclusive environment for holistic well-being. Before transitioning into yoga instruction, Alaina was a stay-at-home mom, efficiently managing family needs after relocating to Atlanta. Alaina's earlier career encompassed positions as a Project Coordinator and Office Manager at Thermline Inc. and 3D Imaging Services, as well as roles in real estate development at Rockford Construction and RKP Group, where focus was placed on project coordination and stakeholder communications. Alaina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Promotion/Communications from Western Michigan University and a 200-hour yoga certification from the Soul Medicine School of Yoga.
