Trevor Desiato

Trevor Desiato is an experienced sales and catering professional with a diverse background in the hospitality and senior living sectors. Currently serving as the Community Sales Director at The Arbor Company since February 2024, Trevor previously held the Director of Sales position at Glen Ridge Country Club and Sunrise Senior Living, where responsibilities included lead generation and managing resident inquiries. Trevor also possesses extensive catering experience, having worked as the Catering Director at Upper Montclair Country Club and as Director of Catering at Remington Hotels, overseeing operations and sales efforts, as well as managing teams. Earlier roles include Catering Sales Manager at Hasbrouck House and marketing positions at Paper Mill Playhouse and Mancuso Show Management. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The College of New Jersey.
