Sandra Uphold

Sandra Uphold has extensive work experience in the senior living industry. Sandra began their career as an Executive Director at The Orchards Assisted Living in 2007 and held this role until 2013. During this time, they demonstrated their leadership ability and then went on to work at Bartley Healthcare as an Administrator for a brief period in early 2013. Later in 2013, Sandra joined The Arbor Company, where they held multiple roles. Sandra started as the Vice President of Operations and also served as a Regional Director of Operations. Currently, they continue to work at The Arbor Company.

Sandra Uphold obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Georgian Court University in the period between 1993 and 1997. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Social Work at Monmouth University from 2000 to 2002.
