Earle Shelner II, CPA has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Earle started their career at Doeren Mayhew as a Senior Auditor, where they conducted audits and implemented "best practices" for various clients. Earle also played a key role in credit union strategic planning. In 2002, they joined Arbor Financial Credit Union as the Chief Financial Officer and later became the Vice President-Finance. During their time there, they provided fiscal leadership, managed financial and regulatory reporting, and implemented an Asset Liability Management program. Earle was successful in increasing revenue through active asset and liability management and the introduction of non-interest income products and services. Earle also contributed to expense reduction through cost control methods and streamlining operations. Additionally, they served as the Chairman of the Greater Southwest Chapter of Credit Unions from 2004 to 2015.
