Kimberly Lahman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kimberly began their career as a Benefits Administrator at Blue Benefits & Company LLC in 1994. Kimberly then transitioned to The Hammond Clinic as a Retirement Plan Manager before joining National City Bank as an AVP and Team Leader for Retirement Plan Services in 1996.

At Kushner & Company, Lahman worked as a Benefits Analyst, focusing on customer service, supply management, 401(k) enrollments, and compliance testing.
Kimberly then joined Getman Corporation as a Human Resources Specialist, responsible for new employee orientations, benefits enrollment, and employment record keeping.
Lahman's experience also includes working as an Office Assistant and Billing Specialist at Dr. Candis Warner, Ed.D Licensed Psychologist/Speech Pathologist, where they handled patient communication, insurance claims, and payment reconciliations.
Most recently, Lahman held roles at Arbor Financial Credit Union, starting as an HR Generalist and progressing to Human Resources Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations. In this role, they focused on talent acquisition, employee relations, and managing the overall HR function.

Additionally, they engaged in continuing education from 2007 to 2011, focusing on COBRA/FMLA under the guidance of Matt Isbell from Cobra Resources, Inc., and HIPPA/HITECH under the tutelage of Mary Bauman from Miller Johnson. Prior to their higher education, Kimberly Lahman attended Penn High School from 1983 to 1987.
