Matthew Chase

Matthew Chase serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriter for the Small Balance Loan (SBL) division at Arbor Realty Trust, a position held since October 2012. Matthew's career at Arbor Realty Trust includes various roles from Screening Analyst to Senior Underwriter, showcasing a progressive trajectory in underwriting expertise. Prior to this, Matthew held an associate position at CHB Skyline and completed internships in finance and marketing at Digitas and Event Engine, respectively. Matthew also contributed as a Site Leader at Tenacity, Inc. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University in 2012.
