Travis Coon

Travis Coon is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in underwriting and transaction management. Currently serving as Vice President of Underwriting at Arbor Realty Trust since June 2022, Travis has a track record of success in the industry, having previously worked as an Underwriter at Capital One and as Assistant Vice President at HUNT Mortgage Group, where a total of 24 small balance transactions were underwritten and closed in the first eight months. With proficiency in Freddie Mac SBL and Fannie Mae Small Balance underwriting, Travis has successfully closed transactions across multiple states totaling over $57 million. Educationally, Travis holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from USC Marshall School of Business, completed in 2013.
