Jordan Goodman has a wide range of work experience. In 2021, they began working as Manager, Reporting & Insights, Technical Lead, Reporting & Insights, and Product Analyst at ArborMetrix. In 2018, they were a Research Assistant at the Center for Healthcare Engineering and Patient Safety. In 2019, they were a Healthcare Systems Analyst Intern at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory and an Engineering Student - Senior Capstone at Kellogg Eye Center - Operating Rooms. In 2016, they were a Consultant at JoyRun, Inc and a Greek Relationship Chair at Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. In 2017, they were an Industrial Engineer Intern at Golden State Box Factory, LLC. In 2013, they were a Mentor at Choose You, where they wrote the curriculum, fundraised, advertised on social media, and mentored students. In 2015, they were a Keynote Speaker at the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation. In 2014, they were a Social Entrepreneur at WIT- Whatever It Takes, a UCSD college credit course that teaches leadership, public speaking skills, and social media marketing.

Jordan Goodman attended Canyon Crest Academy from 2011 to 2015. Jordan then attended the University of Michigan College of Engineering from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering. Afterward, they returned to the University of Michigan College of Engineering from 2019 to 2020, where they earned a Master of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering with a concentration in Healthcare Engineering and Patient Safety.
