Nathan Sales has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nathan started their career at Starbucks as a Barista, where they consistently met sales expectations and provided support in training new hires. Nathan then worked at Apple as a Specialist, where they provided technology solutions to customers and maintained visual standards. Nathan also taught English as an ESL teacher at Sogang Language Program and Sahmyook Elementary School in South Korea, where they planned and implemented classes.

Later, Nathan joined The Boys & Girls Club of Venice as a Program Assistant, where they supported various activities. Nathan then transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance Agent at TigerConnect, monitoring calls and providing feedback to sales agents. Nathan Sales obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Counseling Psychology from Colorado Mesa University between 2003 and 2006. Prior to their time at Colorado Mesa University, they attended Seattle Pacific University from 2001 to 2003 for General Studies, although they did not receive a degree in that field. In terms of additional certifications, Nathan Sales received the "Cybersecurity at Work" certification from LinkedIn in July 2020, the "Working with Upset Customers" certification in March 2020, and the "Being Positive at Work" certification in August 2019, all from LinkedIn.
