Rachel Leigh Orfinger

Rachel Leigh Orfinger is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and education. Currently at Arc Boat Company since October 2021, Rachel is involved in electrifying the boating industry. Previously, Rachel served as a Search Inside Yourself Certified Teacher at the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute from June 2017 to 2023, delivering mindfulness and emotional intelligence programs. Additional roles include working at a Stealth Mode Startup, and various positions at Uber from November 2015 to March 2021, culminating in the role of Global Scaled Solutions Program Manager. Rachel also contributed to RaisedBy.Us as a Junior Advisory Board Member, focusing on workplace culture and philanthropy, and volunteered as a teacher in Micronesia with WorldTeach. Academically, Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School.
