Robin Cheng

Robin Cheng has been working in product operations since 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Product Operation Specialist at Codementor. In this role, they provided support for product and technical issues, assisted the product team with QA before deployment and weekly testing on major features, and designed and automated workflows to increase support efficiency. In 2020, they joined Arc.dev as a Product Operations Manager.

Robin Cheng attended National Cheng Kung University, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science in 2013 and a Master's degree in Engineering Science in 2015.
