Tracey Luttrell

Tracey Luttrell is currently the Corporate Counsel & Secretary at ARC Document Solutions. Tracey has held this position since January of 2012. Prior to that, they were the Director of Legal Services for RGP in Northern California from January of 2008 to December of 2011. In this role, they were responsible for building relationships with existing and new clients, project scoping and management, managing legal consultants, and attracting and retaining new and existing talent.

From 2006-2008, Ms. Luttrell worked as an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. There they gained valuable experience in corporate law that would eventually lead their to their current position as Corporate Counsel & Secretary at ARC Document Solutions. During their tenure at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Ms. Luttrell worked on a wide variety of legal matters pertaining to the business, including public company reporting, corporate governance, employment, corporate transactions, a wide variety of business contracts, litigation and legal spend.

Ms. Luttrell began their career as an associate at Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin from 2001-2004. There they gained experience in the legal field that would eventually lead their to their current positions as Director of Legal Services for RGP and then Corporate Counsel & Secretary at ARC Document Solutions.

Tracey Luttrell has a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Classics from McGill University, as well as a BCL and LLB (JD Equivalent). Tracey is currently working as a lawyer.

They work with Theodore Carlson - SVP, Mergers & Acquisitions, Ken Gini - SVP, Corp. Admin, Operations & Procurement, and John Zulli - EVP, North America Operations. Their manager is Suri Suriyakumar, Chairman, President & CEO.
