Maitri Jhaveri, MHA, BDS, CSM

Maitri Jhaveri, MHA, BDS, CSM has been working in the healthcare industry since 2019. In 2019, they began working as a Medical Assistant/Medical Scribe for Internal Medicine Associates, where they were responsible for managing Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Patient information, and Insurance verification and claims. Maitri also worked as an Office Assistant and Senior Office Assistant for Rutgers University-New Brunswick. In 2020, they began working as a COVID-19 Case Investigator/Contact Tracer for the New Jersey Department of Health, and in 2021, they started working as a Project Manager for ARC Healthcare Technologies LLC.

Maitri Jhaveri is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of the Cumberlands. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Rutgers University Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy in 2021. Maitri also holds a Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from Karnavati School of Dentistry, which they obtained in 2018. Additionally, they are a certified Scrum Master, having obtained the certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in August 2022.
