Lei Fountain

Lei Fountain is the current President & CEO at ARC IN HAWAII. Lei has over 25 years of experience in the cruise industry. Lei started their career with American Hawaii Cruises in 1995 as VP Destination Services. In 2004, they moved to Norwegian Cruise Line as Director. Lei was with Norwegian Cruise Line for two years before moving back to The Arc in Hawaii in 2006. Lei stayed with The Arc in Hawaii until 2009 when they took a position as Operations Manager at Marlin Distributors. Lei was with Marlin Distributors for two years before returning to their current position at ARC IN HAWAII in 2011.
