Eran Kacen

Eran Kacen is a seasoned executive in technology and data management, currently serving as COO and CTO at ARC Innovation Center at Sheba Medical Center since June 2021, where Eran spearheads advancements in healthcare through innovative research and collaboration, overseeing a network of over 90 startups. Prior to this role, Eran was the On-Site Manager for Data & Intelligence Services at Amdocs, directing substantial data strategies for Vodafone Italy's digital transformation. Eran's extensive experience includes leadership positions at Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200, where responsibilities spanned from Chief Data Officer managing cyber big data solutions to overseeing the development of real-time systems. Earlier, Eran held various engineering roles in the Israeli Air Force, focusing on command and control systems. Eran holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and a BSc in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.
