Michelle Reichard Stubbe

Michelle Reichard Stubbe, LMHC has a diverse and extensive work experience. Michelle is currently the Founder, CEO, and Clinician at ARC Mental Health since January 2018. Prior to that, from October 2016 to February 2018, they worked as a Lead Therapist at Safe Haven Recovery.

Michelle also has experience as a Research Associate 2 at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine from January 2015 to September 2016. Here, they contributed to the Center on Aging's research, education, and services for older adults and their families.

Before that, from August 2014 to June 2015, Michelle worked as part of the Neuropsych Team at Cac Florida Medical, where they conducted neuropsychological evaluations and facilitated group therapy for elderly patients.

During their time at the Institute for Individual and Family Counseling and the University of Miami from August 2013 to July 2014, Michelle gained experience as a Mental Health Counselor Intern. Additionally, from August to December 2013, they served as a Clinical Assistant for Psychoeducational Evaluations at Gonzalez, Cassel & Associates, focusing on diagnosing neurodevelopmental and learning disorders in children, adolescents, and young adults.

Lastly, Michelle started their career in education as a Substitute Teacher at Miami-Dade County Public Schools from August 2010 to December 2011. Overall, Michelle Reichard Stubbe, LMHC has a diverse background in mental health counseling, research, and education.

Michelle Reichard Stubbe, LMHC has a Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami, which was obtained by 2015. Michelle also pursued Psychoenergetics Training in 2011, and Health and Wellness studies at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Marketing from Bentley University from 2003 to 2007. Michelle also holds a Certificate of Language Proficiency in French language from the Institut de Francais, Villefranche-sur-mer, FRANCE, obtained in 2007. In addition, they have a Certification as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor issued by the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH.
