Joanne Scott

Joanne M. Scott, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a progressive career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Arc Carroll County since March 2020, Scott has previously held similar roles at Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. and has accumulated extensive experience at Prometric, where multiple leadership positions were held from 2008 to 2018.
