Angela Phinney

Angela Phinney, assistant executive director, has more than 20 years of experience working with The Arc Lane County. Angela has a rich background in sales, marketing, grant writing, contracts and public relations. She has worked in all facets of The Arc, ranging from direct care to program development to management. Angela has a brother with a developmental disability and loves that The Arc can make such a difference in lives of people who experience disabilities. Angela earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
