Andy Carolin

Andy Carolin has a diverse work experience in human resources and management roles. Andy is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Arc of Onondaga, where they supervise HR staff, ensures compliance with regulations, and manages employee benefit programs. Prior to this, they worked at Cayuga Centers as the Assistant Director and HR Manager, providing support to the HR department and interpreting personnel policies. Before that, Andy was a self-employed HR Consultant and worked at Mower Agency as an HR Manager. Andy also has experience as a Supervisor of Service Delivery at Intermedia and as a Retail Sales Manager at Verizon Wireless.
