Mike Richardson

Mike Richardson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development, education, and career services. Currently serving as the Talent Development Coordinator at The Arc Southern Maryland since October 2021, Mike has also owned Southern Maryland Entertainment since June 2015. Previous roles include freelance training at Speak First, adjunct professorship at the College of Southern Maryland, and various educational positions, such as Home/Hospital Teacher and Director of Career Services at multiple institutions. Mike's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
