Ericson Au is a seasoned infrastructure professional with a robust background in designing, implementing, and managing complex IT systems. Currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst at ARC Resources Ltd. since September 2021, Ericson has previously held roles such as IIT Analyst at Richfit Canada Ltd. and Infrastructure Consultant at Graycon I.T. Powered by Ricoh. Notably, Ericson played a significant role at Tower Insurance, where responsibilities included the design and maintenance of the NetApp storage platform and contribution to technology roadmaps.
