Justin Smith

Justin Smith is a seasoned professional in government relations and public policy, currently serving as a Senior Government Relations Specialist at ARC Resources Ltd. since May 2023. Previously, Justin held the role of Manager of Government Relations & Community Engagement at Pembina Pipeline Corporation, where responsibilities included developing strategies aligned with sustainability and Indigenous economic reconciliation, leading a team of specialists, and managing a $10M community investment portfolio. Justin has also served as Director at Global Public Affairs and Energy Efficiency Alberta, focusing on clean energy financing and policy engagement. Past roles include leadership positions at the Calgary Chamber of Commerce and NATIONAL Public Relations, as well as significant experience in the New York State Senate and Executive Chamber, where responsibilities spanned public policy analysis, strategic communications, and legislative affairs. Justin holds a B.A.H. in Political Studies and Economics from Queen's University.
