Director Of Workers’ Compensation at Arc Thrift Stores

Tim Martindale began their work experience in 2001 as a Sales Representative at EAS and later worked at Stylelines in a similar role. In 2005, they became a Valet Attendant at Boston's On The Beach Rstrnt while still maintaining their sales role at Stylelines. From 2007 to 2010, Tim worked as an Emergency Medical Technician at MEDICS AMBULANCE SERVICE. Tim then transitioned to a Business Solutions Consultant role at All Copy Products from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, Tim joined Arc Thrift Stores as a Safety Coordinator and later became a Workers' Compensation Specialist. Tim eventually worked their way up to the position of Workers' Compensation Manager before becoming the Director of Workers' Compensation in 2021.

Tim Martindale attended the University of Colorado from 1997 to 2001, studying Public Health. In 2002 to 2003, they acquired an EMT-Basic degree from HealthONE Emergency Medical Services, specializing in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic). From 2005 to 2006, Tim obtained a Firefighter I & II Certification from the Coral Springs Fire Academy. In 2007 to 2008, they completed their EMT-Paramedic degree at the Florida Medical Training Institute, focusing on Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic). Tim also briefly attended Fort Lewis College in 1996 to 1997, majoring in Geology/Earth Science, General.
