Edwin Oroya Canchanya is a qualified mechanical engineer with experience in continuous improvement projects in the production area at Arca Continental Lindley since October 2020. Prior to this role, Edwin served as an intern at TECNOMINA, where significant improvements were made to the mechanical and structural systems for rubber belt winding, reducing winding time and maintenance costs by 50%. Educational background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad de Ingeniería & Tecnología - UTEC and specialized training in Maintenance of Plant Machinery and Strategic Maintenance Management from TECSUP, along with basic English proficiency from the Asociación Cultural Peruano Británica.
