Katherine FLORES MALDONADO is a financial analyst with extensive experience in cost management and budgeting within various organizations. Currently, at Arca Continental Lindley since April 2022, Katherine oversees OPEX expense control for the Logistics Division, organizes monthly committees for result reviews, and manages rolling forecasts. Previous experience includes a role at AUSTRAL GROUP S.A.A. from September 2014 to December 2020, where responsibilities encompassed budget preparation, operational profitability analysis across four plants, and investment project oversight. At Nexa Resources from January 2010 to December 2013, Katherine handled fixed cost budgeting and operational expenses, while also supervising continuous improvement methodologies on-site.
