Nelly Cerna Rios

Nelly Cerna Rios is a professional with experience in project management, production, and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Representative of Development Initiatives at AIESEC and a Production Machinist at Arca Continental Lindley, Nelly has also held various leadership roles at the Congreso Nacional de Estudiantes de Ingeniería Industrial, including Project and Academic Quality Director and Sub Coordinator of the Projects Area. Previous positions include Supervisor at Danper and a Technical Researcher at Segurindustria Perú, as well as production control at Viru S.A. Nelly acquired a degree in Production Technology from TECSUP and has pursued further education at Universidad Privada del Norte. Expertise includes event logistics, compliance monitoring, and process improvement through KPI management.
