Pedro Jhonatan Mostacero Aguilar is an experienced production supervisor with a career spanning over a decade in the beverage industry. Currently serving as the Supervisor of Production at Arca Continental Lindley since June 2014, Pedro focuses on safety compliance, process supervision, and maintenance management in the Trujillo megafactory. Previously, Pedro was a Production Supervisor at Ambev, overseeing quality control in the bottling process, and worked as a Quality Inspector at Productos Paraíso del Perú S.A.C, ensuring product quality standards. Pedro holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, multiple diplomas in Integrated Management Systems and Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Operations Management from the Universidad Nacional de Trujillo.
