Eileen Ladny

Eileen Ladny, SHRM-CP, PHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Arcadia Cold since March 2023, focusing on enhancing customer experience in cold chain logistics. Prior to this, Eileen held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at MTC Logistics, Inc. / Lineage Logistics from January 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included launching a human resources department across four locations. Eileen also directed human resources at DPI Specialty Foods from July 2012 to December 2019, managing HR for 500 employees across 16 states. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Human Resource Manager at Staples Solutions and as Human Resources Manager at C&S Wholesale Grocers, overseeing significant employee bases and compliance with HR functions.
