Brian George has diverse work experience in software development and engineering roles. Brian started their career as a co-op software engineer at Diebold, where they upgraded code from Visual Studio 6.0 to Visual Studio .NET 2002. Brian then worked as a software engineer at Lockheed Martin, where they were involved in porting code from Windows to Linux and designing, coding, and testing R&D projects.

After that, Brian joined Stackpole Engineering Services, Inc. as a software engineer, where they developed applications using VB.NET, WPF, and Windows Forms. Brian also worked on ASP.NET/SQL Server web development as needed. Following this, they worked as a software developer at Revenue Conduit, contributing to a Software as a Service platform for integrating e-commerce platforms with Infusionsoft.

Brian later joined LogicJunction as a lead software engineer, where they developed a hospital wayfinding system using responsive web technologies and integrated the Google Maps API. After LogicJunction, they worked remotely as a software developer at MediQuant Inc.

Most recently, Brian has been working at Arhaus as a senior back-end software developer. Brian'sresponsibilities included collaborating with an agile team, enhancing and maintaining the company's website, and working on internal tools. Brian also converted service websites and tools into Azure Functions and wrote unit tests for new and existing functionality.

In 2020, Brian joined Arcadia, where they currently hold the position of engineering manager/tech lead.

Brian George attended The University of Akron from 2002 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science with a focus on computer engineering.
