Jake Tinkham

Jake Tinkham has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Jake started their career in 2008 at Union Bank & Trust as a Mortgage Loan Processor, and later worked as an Accountant. In 2011, they joined Cerner Corporation as a Sr Analyst - Charge Services, where they developed an Excel database for G-Code installation, trained team members, created training videos, and achieved high client satisfaction. In 2017, Jake worked as a Contracting Consultant at Associated Anesthesiologist PC before starting their tenure at Innovaccer. At Innovaccer, they served as an Account Manager and Senior Account Manager - Customer Success, focusing on building and maintaining customer relationships. Most recently, Jake joined Arcadia as a Director of Account Operations.

Jake Tinkham holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive MBA from Cass Business School, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Jake has achieved Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from the National Association of Healthcare Quality in December 2019. In 2017, they also obtained certifications in PADI Advanced and Dry-Suit Scuba from PADI and Prince 2 from Prince, respectively.
